We have had Cody as a server before and he did not disappoint - made great recommendations, was kind and patient with the kiddos and made our time at La Hiki a joyous and relaxing - not to mention DELICIOUS - experience! Top notch all around!

The food was delicious and staff helpful and friendly!

Food quality very poor. Tofu was undercooked and when sent back to cook some more it came back undercooked and not eatable. Cost of meal compared to quality of all food ordered a big concern.

Our Server Aaron was very friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. Enjoyed our lunch experience.

Lunch at the La Hiki Kitchen was very nice since it was still early enough to avoid the crowds. Our server was very professional and with a great attitude toward making our experience memorable. We enjoyed our meal (Kalua Pig Nachos, Lobster Roll, and desserts with specialty coffee).

First Sunday brunch here for our 25 year anniversary. Super awesome! Starting with some hibiscus mimosas. Non stop snow crab legs. Had some dessert and chamomile tea. My husband had lobster, sashimi, omelette, desserts. I stuck to seafood. Everything was onolicious. Great customer service by Russell. And the staff clearing our tables awesome hardworking. Valet crew great. Very good price for brunch. We would come here every week if we could lol.

I'm not much of a brunch person but I've been seeing so much buzz about the la Hiki Sunday brunch buffet that I had to check it out for myself. Overall, it was a 6.5/10 for me. Food: there's actually not too many options but everything was just ok, nothing spectacular; the porchetta was dry and bland, seafood quality was meh, ramen bar was alright. I definitely wouldn't touch the charcuterie section, it doesn't look appealing at all with cold cuts and cheese just sitting out at room temp all day. As for the service - it was also just okay, definitely not four seasons level of service that we were expecting. Our table was filled with empty plates and cups and it took quite awhile for a busser/server to come around and clear it. Another negative for me was that we were seated at the most outer edge of the restaurant where the sun was beaming and hot when there were tables available towards the inside of the restaurant that had more shading/AC. Anyway it wasn't an entirely bad experience because I did enjoy the AYCE crab legs & lobsters but for this price I would rather go to 100 sails.

Russell was our server and he was very energetic and catered to all of our needs! Can’t wait to have brunch there again!

Amazing experience. So much fun with my girlfriends & waiter was great. Buffet was outstanding. The bartender, Ben made us amazing espresso martinis!

Everyone and everything we ate was fantastic! We will definitely return on our next visit to Hawaii.

Live music poolside in paradise is the setting for this West side resort restaurant at the Four Seasons Ko Olina. Of all the Sunday Brinch Buffets in town I've tried, this one seems to offer the most variety for many different ethnic groups: Korean: fried chicken kimchee pancake, Japanese: sashimi, sushi rolls, ramen bowls Mexican: birria chili and nachos Filipino: lechon with banana ketchup Thai: pad Thai Continental: lobster tails, crab legs, oysters, prime rib, Eggs Benedict , omelet station, eggs , bacon, sausage , charcuterie , bagels and lox Highlights for me: lobster tails, oysters, crab legs, prime rib, roast pork with crispy skin Desserts: White chocolate lilikoi cake and ube cream puffs There is a buffet just of condiments too if you are into adding spice and extra flavor to your food. Our server Leilani was da best! She provided us with handmade finger wipes and even leis because we forgot to bring them for our birthday honorees. Bad locals!! Shame shame! Now I know what "Four Seasons service" is having experienced it first hand! A great place for locals to get their fill of good stuff!

Went for brunch yesterday. Nice place, good food. Only down side to my meal happened when our server announced that we had 20 minutes left for the buffet so I went to get more food and when I asked for lobster the person at the station (Kristine)said they "ran out". I was ok with that since it was towards the end of the buffet but when another person that I was there with asked for more lobster from someone else they were going in the back to get some. I immediately told Kristine that she was a liar and asked how the other person in my party could get some when they "ran out." I went back to our table and they brought out a plate of lobsters that "ran out" I told our server that I did not want them anymore and they offered me to take it home but I declined since I was not there for take out. Sad, now I have a story of how the $95 buffet at La Hiki 4 seasons "ran out" of lobsters.

Small portions and pricey but worth trying. I had the poke bowl and by far the best poke so far. My wife was supposed to share some portions of the lobster roll with me but she ended up eating the whole roll. We would eat here again if we were in the Kapolie/Ko Olina area. It's a drive from Waikiki. Awesome staff and great service!

First of all our server Jennifer was amazing and was the only reason we didn't complain. This was not this first time I have had brunch here. The last few times the service was mediocre, but the food selection, quality, cleanliness were all 5 stars. This time around the the service was great, but everything about the food was disappointing. We felt like it wasn't really busy at all compared to the other times I came. Everything looked old and crusty. Serving utensils were dirty and food was caked on, making it too difficult to serve yourself. The new sushi rolls were just thrown together with older rolls. Condiments were missing at other stations. Worst part of it all, were the Oysters! The oysters were definitely not held at proper temperature and spoiled. We are huge raw seafood eaters so we started with the seafood section with huge disappointment. I expect so much more from Four Seasons!
