Went to the Sunday AYCE Brunch w/ prime rib and lobster tails. Excellent food and the service was on point. This buffet ranks up there with the best on the island next to Chai's Mother's and Father's Day buffets which is my favorite.Parking: 3 hours free valet parking with Sunday brunch (not sure about other days/times)

We went to the buffet for a 50th birthday. The view was beautiful & the food was fresh & delicious. As locals at a tourist spot, we all agreed that we would return. The price point of $53 was well worth it.

The food was delicious but spread out. The live music was enjoyable but if you are sensitive of noise or have a hard of hearing member ask for a table away from the music. We requested no booths which made coming and going easier for all involved so make the request if you are with a party of 4 so they don't stick you at a booth.

We sat at the bar, service was amazing!! Super friendly staff. Food was ok, there are better places on the island as far as seafood goes but if you're staying in Ko Olina this is a good one to try. Drinks are sweet and severed in silly cups.

La Hiki at the Four Seasons Resort over in Ko'Olina used to be my favorite buffet of all time. Of all time, which is saying something. So why the one star?I am writing in response, or rather the lack of response I have received from management after I reported food poisoning nearly a year ago that I had dined here for their highly sought-after Sunday brunch buffet.Admittedly, one of the general managers Sebastian did attempt to reach out to me by phone but I unfortunately told him I was in the middle of something and I would call him back. He understood and we promised to speak later. Then I tried reaching him numerous times but I could not get a hold of him, and neither could his assistant. I also tried to get a hold of the other general manager, Stephanie, but alas no luck even with her assistant.I finally made one last attempt to contact them via email but I received no response unfortunately. I have the impression they were ghosting me.So here I am, writing this review in retrospect having suffered a few days of gastrointestinal problems and nausea after having had some bad oysters from the buffet. I also noticed the quality of the food, especially the seafood, had gone downhill ever since they reopened back in 2022. Before my food poisoning episode, I had visited La Hiki for the brunch buffet twice with nothing but complete satisfaction. The establishment had always been expensive but I felt it was always a great way to treat myself to high-quality food with top-notch service and a comfortable atmosphere. Now it is hard to justify the price given it had gone up considerably more within a short span.It is such a shame because I had loved this place but it is quite frustrating that management has gone downhill.

We've eaten here before and love the atmosphere and the staff is always friendly. This was my first time utilizing the buffet and thought the food was average compared to food I'd eaten here previously. I'd love to go back, just not for the buffet (food just didn't taste as fresh or warm).

The main attraction here was the service, which was exceedingly wonderful! The food was okay—a lot of dishes were not as enjoyable because they were sitting out and couldn't stay perfectly fresh. Perhaps, these were not ideal dishes for a buffet. The seafood was good, but the carving station items were not as impressive. Though the food was, as a whole, lackluster, the ambiance and incredible service saved the day. I'm not sure if it was worth $115 for just “okay” food, but my spirits were kept high because of the amazingly friendly, attentive, and considerate staff.

Shout out to the valet team who were exceptional. (TJ in particular)Overall, food and service were really great. Very much enjoyed the fish sandwich. I sent back the poke bowl due to tuna being a bit off. I think it was just my portion (it was very sinew-y) cause the table next to me loved theirs. I asked, LOL. Our server was super kind about it and switched out the bowl for the sandwich which was stellar. Kids menu came with an out of this world ice cream sandwich according to my little one. It’s definitely good for kids and adults alike. Would definitely go back again for lunch or breakfast.

Always enjoy our lunches at La Hiki. They recently changed the menu, which disappointed my husband because his most favorite dish is the Lobster Roll. Thankfully our server said it was still available - for now, until the regulars get used to the new menu. I tried a new item, Mahi Mahi Sandwich. It was delish albeit a little messy. My husband had his Lobster Roll, perhaps for the last time. We are hoping it returns to the regular menu since we have tried several other restaurants' version of Lobster Roll and La Hiki's is by far the best.

The prime rib was dry, The pig was no longer crispy, and I think in general the place is overpriced. I could have gotten the same value at the 100 sails all you can eat buffet for less than a $100.

Post your prices, cowards.

As a couple that often goes to the four season's resorts and restaurants, we were really disappointed in the buffet breakfast at La Hiki. The buffet was very limited in scope for the 52 dollar per person price and didn't include tea/coffee/juice like the four season's Maui property does the last time we went. The fresh fruits included here some sad grapes, apples and orange slices. There wasn't any papaya or pineapple. The omelet bar had a very limited selection of toppings and when I asked if I could have some avocado on my omelet, I was told that I would need to order that as an add on from my server. Our server was pleasant but not the level of a typical four seasons experience. We were not advised upon being seated that the buffet would end shortly and so we were quite surprised when we had only been there for a half hour, that it was last call on the food. It really felt that cost-cutting was at the top of the agenda when the breakfast buffet was planned out. It seemed more like we were dining at the Marriott and not the Four Seasons unfortunately.

Lovely setting by the pool for breakfast. We ate here on our last day and really enjoyed our waitress and the atmosphere. They have a full breakfast buffet or you can order off the menu. The buffet is extensive and lovely! So many choices! The menu also has the same features. Waitress was absolutely wonderful and attentive. In fact we all sat around seriously discussing staying another week.

We made reservations for the Sunday Brunch & so glad we did - really a treat! The food was amazing - especially the seafood. There was a nice selection of different types of food including Prime Rib, Porcetta, Dim Sum & desserts - something for everyone! The steamed lobster was a special treat. I must mention the exceptional service we had throughout - our server was available for whatever we needed & even suggested a few things we didn't know about - first rate! The cost is high but worth every penny for us.
