Tried Legacy Grindz food truck by the park for the first time and it did not disappoint! I got the Loco Moco with salad and corn, and everything was on point! Super tasty, filling, and well balanced. The gravy was rich, the patty had great flavor, and the egg was cooked just right. Even the sides were fresh and paired perfectly with the meal.

My family and I stayed at Aulani and I wanted to find a food truck with garlic shrimp close by. This was the closes thing we could find that offered garlic shrimp and also that's close to us location wise. They are open on limited hours so we had to make sure we caught them when they were open. I was able to find them and wanted to order their garlic shrimp, but unfortunately, they didn't have any on that day. I ordered their furikake chicken and it was still great....
