Café Blue Kapolei is a pleasant, quiet neighborhood restaurant that comes highly recommended. The menu offers a wide variety of delicious options, including the Westside Burger, excellent fish and chips, a very good pasta dish, and the exceptional Bouillabaisse. The service is consistently excellent, with servers handling large groups with ease and becoming honorary members of the family. The daily specials are not to be missed, like the fantastic lemongrass and risotto salad. While the restaurant can get crowded, there is ample seating both inside and outside.
