The service and atmosphere are good. We didn't have reservations on a Wednesday night and we got a table right away facing the lagoon. We ordered the sunset roll, A5 wayu on hot stone and the seafood ramen. The roll and wayu beef are great, but the seafood ramen was not my favorite. This $68 ramen noodle soup is no match to the 1500 yen ($10) one in Ginza. The broth is bland and has a bitter taste, because they have cooked the Gai lan veggies in the soup. Raw carrots sticks and beans sprouts in the ramen, they are not a good addition. I wish they could use bamboo shoots and corn. Anyway I have high hopes for this restaurant but it turns out not meeting my expectations.

Beach-side oasis after a long day of sitting by the pool. We love everything Manolo had to offer. Staff was great. Food was delicious. Atmosphere was casual and relaxing. We sampled a little of everything and it was all good. I recommend a visit! See the receipt for pricing info.

We thought the lounge was much better than Mina's this year in terms of food, quality, and price. For 2, 4 small starter plates were enough for us. Total with drinks $150 or so. Servers were very friendly. Must try especially if staying at any Ko Olina resort. A little buggy if you're sitting next to the plants so apply some bug spray to your legs or sit away from the hedge.

They have a fireplace and romantic lighting letting you view the stars better at night. Carlos the manager was catered to every table throughout our time there. 10/10 Food and drinks A1.
