Look I love Panda Express as much as the next guy, but every time and I mean everytime I go, I always order white rice and chow mein in my plate and I can count on one hand how many times they got that right. It’s either fried rice and chow mein, chow mein only, white rice only (what I just received which is why I’m writing this now) and yeah it’s my fault that I’m not checking my plate but I shouldn’t have to do that. It’s not hard to read the receipt and put it on the plate. And like a dad, “im not mad, im just disappointed.”

Ordered via drive thru, and it seems like half the items were already out. Fried rice was bland. Was it because it was 45 minutes until closing. Whatever it was, it was very disappointing.

For me and probably for many others as well, Panda Express is the place to go for relatively cheap but decently made Chinese food. The Kapolei location has been my favorite location since it's pretty new with good service, and the quality of the food. Today, however, I noticed that they stopped providing a separate small box for the third item on a Bigger Plate unlike they used to do in the past. The result is that it is not visually appealing and the flavors from each item got all mixed up. Not sure why such a decision was made. But I'm thinking that while they may reduce some costs by serving everything in one plate, it could turn away some customers who care about how their food is served.

Went in one night and nothing bad. They helped me quick. Many of the starches were out so I had to wait for it which was fine. So placed my order and waited. They took kind of long but they eventually called us that it was ready and handed me my bag. Went home and they forgot part of my order. Called them and they told me I have to go into the same location for a refund or to get the missing items which is frustrating because I do not live in kapolei and I am rarely in kapolei so it’s a hassle for me to go just for $6/$7. Not worth the time and gas for me and I should not have to put my time and gas for the workers mistake. It is what it is though, at least it’s not a big loss.

A great choice for a quick meal. I like a two choice plate. When I want to eat healthy, I get half brown rice and half super greens for my base, otherwise I like chow mein for my base. The Kung Pao chicken and Angus Pepper Sreak are great choices for healthy eating. Sometimes I'll mix it up with broccoli beef. Service is good, rarely very busy.

The best Panda Express ever! My family laughed at me when I wanted to go to this Panda’s for my birthday brunch. I swear by this location which is across from Walmart. You get the freshest dishes, clean restaurant and friendliest staff. The honey walnut shrimp, eggplant tofu, and crab rangoon are my favorite. The best meal for the value. I recommend going at 10 am when they first open. You can substitute with super greens if you don’t want the carbs of the fried rice or chow mein.

Vegetarian it can be very difficult to find a place with delicious food, that is not meat, this place absolutely is amazing, so many INCREDIBLE choices and absolutely outstanding and quick service, I always like to chat with the people here bc they are so friendly, for the fast food here they have options that are healthier than most fast foods. So 5 stars for the overall...well EVERYTHING
