“This was my first time visiting this place. We came on a sunday midday but I had seen lots of posts about it so I was excited. The displays were pretty empty which was disappointing. I got a slice of cake, a chocolate bun and two drinks. I wanted to try the strawberry milk tea with boba but they weren't able to do a dairy free option since its pre-made in a box. Everything tasted delicious otherwise. Hopefully they will have more options the next time we go.“

Great customer service from Jaelyn! I wanted a hand packed quart of jamoca almond fudge ice cream (versus the already pre-packed quart in their fridge) and Jaelyn was fantastic: prompt, polite and authentic customer service with a great attitude. “Once in the while (not so often as before) I would purchase the napples, chantilly cake melting moments cookies, bread pudding and some assorted pies as last-minute choices. Unfortunately, my friends and I noticed that while the prices have increased tremendously, Napoleon has not really kept up with the quality ingredients (although the product is still good).“
