Tonight’s and my other half went to try this place for the first time . I ordered shrimp and chicken fried rice but there was no shrimp instead there was mostly peas and carrots the fried rice was cold and the pork chop was dry, I wouldn’t recommend going there again only thing that I would say that was good was the donuts, lemonade, spring rolls , and summer rolls peanut sauce

Food is really awesome, so takeout will be fine, but service is severely lacking. There was no checking in on tables happens when its busy i guess? Only seemed to be 2 people working the whole floor, so I get it. However, what made me go 4 stars was thr fact that my friends and i stood at the register to pay for about maybe 8 minutes before being acknowledged or asked to wait even tho we did so patiently. The workers were, however, fighting over something, answering phones and processing other payments from cards that came AFTER we were already waiting at the cash register. They really need to get it together if they want repeat customers dining in.Vegetarian options: Looks like a lot of tofu options. Not sure on availability to omit fish sauce.Parking: Shared area with like 7 other places in close proximity.
I'm really picky person and i've been Hanoi in Vietnam few month ago so i can tell here's food taste like Vietnam. I'm so sorry for compare other restaurant tho here is better than pho one. I'm so happy to find good Vietnam restaurant in Kapolei.

This is our go-to pho place in Kapolei. They tend to be very busy but it is worth it! I usually just do takeout. They give you a lot of beef with the pho tai and everything is packaged up very nicely with generous portions. They toss a bag full of the usual herbs in for takeout pho orders and it always has more than enough bean sprouts and basil to satisfy me (and I always load up on the herbs). They also include little cups of the usual pho sauces in the herb bag. I always save my leftover garlic hot sauce to eat with other things. I also usually save my leftover broth to dilute with hot water and sip on the day after.I also recommend the lemongrass tofu--it feels a tad pricey for tofu but it is delicious. I love the tofu they use and the sauce is great with rice.

Tried this Pho restaurant just before I left Hawaii, and I really wish I knew about this location for the last 3 years. Incredible customer service, quiet area, easy parking, and amazing Pho! I would have taken a picture of my food, but I ate it too quickly. Honestly, the BEST Pho spot on island, there's no place better!

I agree w//the poor service that certain ppl receive. The older waitress(boob job) seems to have her regulars & will only check on her regulars to see how they are doing or need more water refill. Not welcoming at all. Ontop of that AC wasn't even cold . The front door breeze coming into the restaurant was cooler than that. Pho was OK. 6 out of 10 heafty portions. BUT meat's has stench on them. Noodles over cooked, bean sprouts looked as if it was the end of the bag with blk ends, basil leaves had bug holes in majority of them. Prob won't be returning do to lack of customer service.

Such a cute family owned restaurant! Everyone was so kind and we were welcomed and seated immediately. Waters arrived to the table instantly and our orders were taken shortly after. My friends and I were visiting from out of state and this is a place I would stop by again when I'm back. We ordered a variety of food and it was all super tasty and flavorful.
Visited this place for the first time since we were around the area. We were looking for some place to eat that opened early because my son's baseball game finished real early than expected. Hubby googled this place so we decided to try. We entered the restaurant and were greeted by a woman when as prepping sauces at a table. Assuming it was kine me the owners. Friendly. She told us to pick a table with 4 chairs. We then were served water right away from another elderly woman assuming it was another family member who owned the business. Cute and friendly. She didn't understand English but was able to say hi. Several different goes of pho, 2 different sizes. I ordered the medium size and hubby ordered a large size so he could share some with our son. He also had a bahn mi, my daughter ordered spring rolls and tempura. Pho flavor was on point. Filling. I was actually able to eat the whole thing. My son gobbled his up and asked for seconds. Luckily my hubby hasn't souped up his pho just yet with all the spices he usually adds so he gave my son some more. My daughter mentioned the tempura batter tasted a little different. Ate the shrimp but didn't care much for the kabocha which is her favorite type of tempura veg. She was a little sad. She loved the spring rolls. Thank you for your prompt service! Nice peaceful pho place to dine in early AM!

The service, food, & atmosphere was A+ in my book. The restaurant was clean. Waitress was very helpful. We got our food in a timely manner. I had the vegetarian crispy noodles. The portions were worth the price & I didn't feel heavy or bloated after I ate. I'm gonna tell everyone about this place.
