I put my order in at 6:35pm. It’s now almost 9pm and still haven’t gotten my order. I call to see what the heck is going on only to be laughed at and told that it would show up any minute. I live 4 minutes away! This is crazy. I am NEVER ordering from this place again. An absolute joke.

Placed my order at 5:44 with 20-30 min delivery time. I received a text saying it was on its way at 5:59(we live less than 10 minutes from the store). At 6:46 I called to see where my pizza was and got someone who was not at the store that said they would ask the store, they put me on hold. When she came back she said it would be there any minute. Pizza finally arrived at 7:03. Over an hour after it had supposedly left the store! When the pizza arrived it was room temperature.

They were short-handed because of an employee no-call no-show. But that didn't matter, the two in-store employees and one delivery guy held it down! I was very impressed with the excellent service and quickness I got my order. Thank you!
The place was quiet and I thought it was closed when I walked in. The pizza didn’t have the extra sauce as requested and the light cheese was not honored either. Quality control needs a step up here. The breadsticks were delicious though!

I had put in my order at 7:05pm, said it would be ready by 7:20pm and I got the confirmation text saying that it was ready . Got to the store at 7:35pm and cashier said it’s not ready just waiting on the cheese sticks . Waited patiently (fyi im 5 months pregnant) and around 7:50pm the same cashier asked what I was waiting for . At that point I kinda wanted to cancel and get my refund because it doesn’t take half an hour for cheese sticks to be made . Order came out at 8:00pm and cashier threw in an extra breadsticks for the wait . I understand they are working very hard but they have the most workers in the back and every worker seemed confused . I wasn’t the only one waiting for orders . I think they should either change their estimated time of orders being ready , call if the orders are gonna be late or get new workers .

This location is horrible!! On Sunday, Feb 11 2024, I placed an online order at 1:25 pm. for delivery. I received no phone call or updated status of my order. I had to physically go to the location after waiting over 2 1/2 hours. Then when I get there. I am asked by the customer service rep if I want to wait an additional 7 min for a rush order. ARE YOU KIDDING!!! I asked for a refund. Not to mention, you can't even get a direct call to the store. The number listed goes to a call center who is incompetent on looking up orders. If I could give no stars, I would. Horrible customer service. Will never order from this location again!!! You would not believe how many people were waiting for orders when I arrived. All late orders going out to people tons of door dashers waiting!! SMH

In Oahu Pizza is expensive! But Pizzahut has some good deals. The New Yorker extra large one topping is HALF the cost of most other pizza places.(pick up deal) It's only slightly more than the $11 Costco pizzas. They are busy though and you can be stuck waiting on busy nights.

Food was good and fresh. Wait was a little longer than expected, but the cashier gave us extra bread sticks for the longer wait. Spicy garlic wings were delicious! Great service!!
dont get me wrong..I LOOVE PIZZA HUT PIZZAS!! but i ordered my pizza here for my lunch break and this is the outcome. I am very disappointed that not only it came out all over the places but also the undercooked dough. Pizza Hut is and will always be my favorite pizza place, ill give this place another shot tho but i wont get my hopes up.

placed my order on doordash! i got everything except my 16 pices of boneless wings worth of $18 smh! would’ve called to get my wings but ill just let it slide this time SIGH* and i even tipped $18 so all together i just lost $36 worth of nothing!! and the pizzas i even got was under cooked and one whole piece could’ve been cut in 4 slices! lmao IF YALL WANT PIZZA..GET IT FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE AND NOT HERE!!
