super upset with this location i have been the past few days and strictly order the naked tenders due to being unable to have the breading. Both orders have been given to me with breading, and not changed.
It was delicious and filling. Full recommendation

Fun, fast, friendly but drive through route leads right along the building (normal) but the corner of the building is where the pedestrian walkway starts (blind corner). Not great for kids or people walking with assistance.
Kid-friendliness: Great visually engaging environment, fun kid toys in meals.

Portion is okay but could improve. The sauce container is too small.
Tables & chairs, you can see grease and smudge all over. I see staff cleaning but it looks like they need a better cleaning soap or whatever to do it right.

Food is good but portion is inconsistent. Been going here with my family and we noticed that portions are always different everytime we eat here. Employees are lazy, most of them are just talking stories inside the production area while the dining area is a mess. Tables and chairs are full of smudge and oil all over. And for some reason, even if you dine in they will still serve food in a take-out box eventhough you requested for a plate. Hope the management will look into this.

I find the chicken at Raising Cane's to be dry with too much reliance on the sauce

I feel like the chicken wasn’t crispy enough if that makes sense, it’s very chewy on the inside which I was not a fan of. The sauce was cold and refrigerated and it wasn’t even a full sauce container it was half as small as a normal ramekin size (I’ve worked in both fast food and restaurant industry). Personally, I could have done without the Texas toast and would have just preferred more fries. The fries were nothing special, just regular crinkle cut fries. I’d say the highlight of my meal was the lemonade, it was really delicious. I wanted to order a chicken sandwich but I found out it’s just 3 chicken strips on the bread - so is it really a chicken sandwich?? All in all, very pricey for some chicken, fries, and bread. I know some people love this place but for me it was just okay.

Theyve cleaned up quite a bit. The "Tender" in chicken tender is supposed to refer to being from the tenderloin of the chicken. Not the state of the breading. "Hand-Breaded" doesn't have to be synonymous with "so thin the wind knocks it off"
Great atmosphere

First time going to Raising Cane's, heard good things...I was not disappointed. I got the three finger combo which includes fries, Texas toast and a drink. Everything was good, the fries could have been a little more crispy but still good. I also heard their dipping sauce was very good and that's true. I enjoyed it and would recommend it. I will come back.?

It's insanely loud in there 24/7
The food is really really good, but god damn is it pricy
Employees are kinda on and off, some are chill, and others don't know how to read orders, meaning i have to correct them sometimes multiple times, it's understandable when it's busy, but if it's a mobile order placed an hour in advance to pickup, there isn't really a reason as to why it's not ready, and to get it wrong anyway.
Ur coleslaw is also a bit watery
Parking: Most people are understandably in the drive through, so parking isn't an issue, though not a whole lot of it, there's always gonna be atleast one spot open just for you.
