My wife and I had originally planned on going to foodland to get something small to hold us over until dinner. We noticed this place and decided to give it a try. I got the spicy tonkotsu ramen, and my wife got the shrimp ramen. The waitress also brought about some gyoza. Everything was delicious. We were full, but couldn’t stop eating. Best ramen we’ve had in a long time.

your take out bowls are so hard to take out and “assemble” food is spectacular but ended up spilling it all over the floor because of how hard it is to take out the noodles and put it into the bowl

I had high hopes for Ramen Bones. Good reviews. Near my hotel. But, for me, less than stellar.

My takeout Charsiu Ramen looked good. Ingredients nested in a container above the broth. After combining them though, I discovered very salty broth, with pork less tender than it could have been. The broth could also have used just a touch more oil for a better mouth feel. (Yes... that's a thing! Especially with ramen.)
