Tonkatsu ramen broth not very flavorful. Egg was overcooked (extra hard) and not cut in half.. should be boiled medium at most. Noodles did not have a good texture.

I hate to do this but this is probably the worst ramen I have ever had. My tonkotsu ramen was not creamy it was bitter and tasted like dirt. I had high hopes because of the reviews and was very disappointed, We also had the miso soup which was very fishy and bitter as well didn't enjoy it. Other items we had were shoyu ramen that was very salty and bitter. Not sure what they put in this to make it taste so bitter ive never had this before. The egg in the ramen wasn't even a ramen egg it was just an overcooked hard boiled egg thrown in. The only thing we got that wasn't too bad was the edamame. We came from Japan and know what its suppose to taste like I honestly could have had better with a cup of noodle. 🫣 They were very nice and packaged our To go order very well it just didn't hit in the taste department.

I placed a over the phone for take out for a combo a for chicken broth and just noodles, gyoza and chicken katsue rice with no rice. We DROVE there to pick up the food thats NOT EVEN FULLY COOKED AND IM PREGNANT. The chicken katsue was slimy and under cooked, i didnt get chicken ramen frankly i have no clue what i got with mini romen but it wasnt what i ordered and the gyoza was also undercooked. Im pregnant i cant eat any of that and i dont drive my husband had to. I called them explained the situation and she heard me over the phone talk to my husband and him telling me that we wernt going back just to get a refund but they still refused to give me back the money for the UN EDIBLE AND UNDERCOOKED FOOD.
This is my first time come here ,food taste is very good, the service attitude is good, clean and comfortable. Mahalo！?

9/2024 Got a quick order for takeout at this convenient location in Kapolei. Combo Tonkotsu Ramen with side gyoza and side beef curry. Great value for under $20. Can't go wrong. Sorry, I didn't take a pic, but it was worth it. Give it a try! ??

Pros: service is good…they packed out to go order with a lot of care. Curry is decent.
Cons: I had one order of beef curry rice and one of shrimp tempura curry rice. They put beef curry (with chunks of beef) in the shrimp tempura curry rice plate as well, thereby ruining my wife’s dinner, who does not eat beef. We also had gyoza and miso soup. The miso soup is below average…very salty and has a strange aftertaste. The gyoza were not good…they had a strange unexpected kind of flavor as well.

Tried tonkotsu ramen twice and it was the best I tried so far! Rich flavour, balanced amount of ingredients (huuuuge egg!). I wish noodles were a little more textured. But even if you take the order to go, noodles are still fresh, don’t stick together. Their gyoza are also amazing! 10/10
