If you're looking for a Japanese restaurant in Hawaii that offers ramen and katsu curry at reasonable prices, you should try this place. While there might be a short wait, it's usually not too long, and the place is quite popular. What's really impressive, aside from the prices, is the portion sizes—they are generous enough to leave you fully satisfied.

Ok service. Got my order wrong but was hungry so I ate what I was served. Food flavors got boring after a while. Too much!Gyoza was watery and mushy. Sweet tea was interesting. I wouldn’t go back.

Went there, and got the worse Service. Or basically got no service. Never came to check if wanted more drinks, and the male server forgot a couple of things. We literally watched him be very attentive to everyone else and serve them.

Super super salty it’s been a few hours now since I eaten here and my whole mouth taste like pure salt still. Didn’t even finish my foodGreat friendly staff. Just way too salty like more salty then the ocean
General sentiment is that the food is massive! We had 2 adults and 2 kids eating and we had a lot of non-Ramen food left over. The Seafood Crispy Noodle was delicious. When we went the AC was broken and eating hot food when it’s 90°out is a bit of a mistake ?

1st time eating here.Very good ramen and the portion is good.I think they changed menu.I should've took the pictures of new menu.I had paitan ramen. It's chicken soup... it tasted like in between tonkotsu and shoyu to me.It's something different and I actually thought it was good.Good service. Clean feeling.Katu curry is definitely alot in portion so take home the left over!

Service was outstanding and the restaurant was clean. The bathroom is clean, but it’s like a storage closet and you have to walk into the kitchen/server area to get to it. During our visit the AC was out… Ramen and no AC kind of sucks. Besides all that the food was great. I would definitely give this place another try.

We went into the restaurant at with a little over 30 mins before closing and was not able to be seated to eat. Instead they only want us to do take out. I'm sorry, I understand that we are pushing it but you are also in the service business. If you want to be close at 830, change your hours of operation. However, I will not spend money to eat warm noodles at home.

If you looking to have soup or saimin, "Ramen Ya" is the BEST place in Kapolei to go to. You gotta try it yourself to know what I experienced and loved. The prices are reasonable., The atmosphere are very pleasant. And, the employees are super nice (always smiling) and always checking up on their customers if needed anything.Parking: There's lots of parking but most times you can't find close-by parking.Kid-friendliness: They have highchairs for infant/child. They also have kids meal
