3/29/24: I get in your drive-thru at 4:21 AM. You don't ask for my order until 4:37 AM, 7 minutes after you're supposed to open. I try order a hot mocha and you tell me the machine is broken and won't be available for another ten minutes. Moreover, that only got and iced brewed coffee is available. Dafaq. I order an iced coffee, instead. The whole time, you have an attitude from the moment you took my order through my paying. Then, not even a thanks for my business (like normal customer-facing folks do at establishments like yours). That's lame and you're lame, especially when you're supposed to be ready to go right when you open....and especially since I've been around since 3:00 AM watching you guys coming in and doing everything but have everything ready to go by opening time, evidently.

Quick service, but first Starbucks I ever had to pay extra for no ice in my drink. A different visit: I made a mobile order and arrived 10 minutes after my scheduled arrival. My drink still was not ready. I understand if it gets busy, however, my order was not even right. I ordered a hot drink, but received an iced drink. I just had to take that as I was on the way to a meeting; disappointed.

Bottom line up front, my trenta strawberry acai lemonade refresher took 20 minutes to get it ready. And by the way, I also ordered a ham and cheese sandwich warmed, but it was already cold by the time my drink was done. It was one Sunday afternoon, per usual routine, when I stepped out to get my afternoon drinks and chose to go to Starbucks in Kapolei Pkwy instead of my usual Kamokila. Place my order via the SB app thinking by the time I get there, my order would be ready. I was wrong. It was an in-store pickup so I waited in the lobby, and waited, and waited. I see people coming in placing their orders in person and out. I have seen multiple cutomers came in and out. It made me asked myself, why did I order mine via the app if showing up in person is way way faster. But also perhaps the number one question was, did my refresher really took 20 minutes to prep, but why? I asked one of the staff about my order, and I was told unapologetically that my order was in line and also was told they were busy as the drive thru line was nonstop, which is not a very good excuse. Overall experience on that day 24DEC, was chaotic, the restroom was dirty. There were at least two homeless hanging inside the store. The tables needed cleaning. Trash were everywhere. The staff were not a great team. They dont communicate. They highly misprioritize orders. I suggest everyone to go over some deep re-training and add some hospitality and customer service courses. I was thinking it was all in my mind. Every time I go to this location…I am never greeted but the moment others walk in after me they are greeted. This has happened 3 times. They NEVER have any of the holiday pastries. I was standing in line, actually the only one standing in line. No one said…ma’am I will be with you or like I stated above…even greeted me. A customer walk in right after me and she was greeted with open arms, then 10 seconds later a lady and her son comes in they are greeted and she stands behind me. One of the staff members looked at her and said welcome and the lady began to state that she ordered in the drive through and only got one drink knowing she ordered two and forgot to get the second drink. They took care of her and then I was looked at no talking, no greeting me and my energy became off. I didn’t feel welcomed. I kindly said nevermind and I walked out of the Starbucks. Idk why I did this to myself but I will never go there again. I was the only black female and I felt like I wasn’t valued to spend my money here at this location. I feel you should treat all people the same. I am hurt by this interaction but I am also strong. I hope if there is any discrimination towards people that look like me, that they reevaluate themselves. This is not a good feeling. I was so dumb to try three times at this location and get the exact same treatment each time. I let it go twice but something in my heart said not today!!!

Every time I come to this location, I regret it. This has to be the slowest drive thru I've ever experienced. I've never waited less than 15 minutes.

I'd first like to say, I typically LOVE this Starbucks and it's our regular, but this time was very disappointing and they just a really bad staff todayTo begin, I pulled up in the drive thru and they had a shorter female outside taking orders. She was very rushy, after everything I said, she'd aggressively say "is that all" and she was so rude. I ordered two venti iced coffees (which she wouldn't even let me finish customizing without cutting me off), then I got two everything bagels with butter , I was once again cut off. Then I had ordered two orders of egg white bites with siracha . She then was very rude and sent us on our way to the window. Got to the window and recieved the bagel and one bag of egg white bites. I told the guy at the window "I got two egg white bites" and he was like "I only see one on the screen" he then kindly offered to add it on which I was cool with. Then the female who took my order walked in and I overheard the male at the window say I ordered two egg whites. I then heard her aggressively tell the other staff members "no she didn't." To me, this is very very rude and uncalled for. So we finally receive our order and get home to eat, there was only one butter, no siracha, and our coffees were mostly ice and dark (we ordered oat milk in it) and it was a lot darker than usual. Like I said before, I do love this place and have for a while now. But today way just different.

As good as other locations. But this places everyone here ignores you. I tried getting their attention to ask for a bathroom I was looked at many times and as I was about to ask they turned away and completely ignored the fact I was there. Don't even bother they're rude and unprofessional.

Just ordered two lattes at the counter. Received one and waited for the other. No latte. I asked and was listened to & then summarily ignored. I know they had the order because the cashier walked over and told them light ice right after I made the order! So I asked a second time was listened to and ignored again. I asked the third time and they started to make my latte. They asked me three times what the order was and also told them light ice. They filled the cup with ice, and I said as she reached for a lid, “it was supposed to be light ice”. I didn’t want them to have to remake it so I asked for them to take some of the ice out. So she takes it to the sink and tries to pour the ice and instead poured some of the drink down the sink. She puts the lid on and hands it to me and said sorry! So sad that just about everywhere you go these days people don’t listen! It wasn’t a difficult order. I was willing to wait and patient. I was not nasty to them. Just didn’t get good service!!! It’s kind of odd because I usually get good service here!
