I always have fantastic experiences going to Starbucks. I treasure & blessed we have essential baristas serving our community. God Bless You all during these difficult circumstances.
Busy however it’ll get you through with your order.
Really nice new location, close to Kapolei High School and the new Kapolei Residence Inn. It’s nice to have a drive-thru Starbucks in Kapolei.

Starbucks Coffee Company in Kapolei offers a convenient and welcoming environment for customers. The location features a modern building with a drive-thru, a spacious service counter, and inside seating where people can relax or work. The staff is friendly and helpful, often providing good service and a positive attitude. Customers can enjoy a variety of drinks like the caramel ribbon crunch crème frappuccino and Summer Berry Refresher, with some noting that the drinks are consistently good and prepared quickly. Orders are often ready promptly, and the dining area is clean, making it suitable for quick bites or studying when it's not busy. The location also shares parking with nearby stores, including Hele gas station and 7-Eleven. Customers appreciate the effort the staff makes, especially when resolving issues with a smile. However, service times can be slow during busy hours, and noise levels, such as Christmas music, can be high at early mornings. Restroom access may sometimes be limited, but overall, it is a good spot for a quick coffee or to chill for a while.
