The customer service wasn’t great and one of the workers ended up rolling her eyes at me and as I was observing around the store they didn’t really pay attention to who was at the front trying to get the customer support and they gave me and my bf the wrong drinks. We order the new freezes and they gave us the strawberry one instead and they never got to us when I was trying to replace the order.

If I could leave no stars I would. I placed a mobile order for lobby pick up when I get to the store the lobby is closed, I can see my order sitting on the counter. A worker walks up to registers playing on their phone while I'm trying to call the store. No answer after 5 calls tap on the door to get their attention and another worker points there finger to go around and I point back at the order and they continue to motion right go around and wait in their drive thru for over 20 minutes. When I reach the speaker they don't see my order pop up and I have to remind them my order is sitting on the counter. I've lived in multiple states in multiple cities and have to been to a lot of Taco Bell's this is the worst so far.

Went through the drive thru tonight around 10:33 and the young man working the window informed us the credit card machine wasn’t working. He said he would have to ring us up at the front register. We drove off after our food was handed to us and the young man ran out, chased us through the parking lot (we were already in front of Cheesecake Factory) to make sure we got our card back. Much mahalo to the young man for going above and beyond saving us a trip back ❤️??

This location is very rude. The shift leader named Nadia is very rude and has no people skills. Doesn’t smile and seems like she hates her job. Was the only person in line and stood there for 5 minutes while all the other workers saw me and didn’t greet me, say hi or “I’ll be right with you”. This location sucks. Needs lots of improvement

Overall it was a good experience. The food was good and they made the food pretty fast.They mixed up a couple of our group's orders and the restaurant wasn't the cleanest though.

Matt and the gal working alongside him were excellent examples of perfect customer service this morning. Polite and friendly while still keeping at a highly efficient pace. Also a shout out to the grill team, yall are killing it. I get food from here all the time and never has an order been wrong. I would highly encourage all the employees get a raise for their efforts. Very well done!

My boyfriend ordered burrito with no beans, extra seasoned rice and extra meat, and when he received his order it was missing extra rice and extra meat, and with beans. We paid for extra rice and meat, only to be prepared incorrectly, TWICE. I don't understand why the crew could mess up a burrito, TWICE. I will never return to this location again. I understand it's rush hour and that an order is being made by mistake once is understandable given it is a busy time, however, to messed up the same order TWICE, that goes to show that mistake is intentionally made. And what's more upsetting, is that the manager during this shift told him to check his food and implied to eat it in front of her like his lying or want that extra food. That is unacceptable for a manager to act like that. It was her crew that made the mistake, we just want to eat what we paid for. He doesn't even want extra burrito that's made by mistake. I made him throw those burritos in the trash.Would give a no star if it was possible. Horrible experience.

Ok. I have Been in this taco bell before and service is good. But on this day, 09/19/23, I pick up a Mexican Pizza and a soft taco supreme. With my surprise, the Mexican pizza look like it's been under the warmer for a while. So watch out when you go to this drive thru they will give you not so good product. Will share a photo of it. Very disappointing.

ordered the dipping taco. they didn't have the shredded beef so I had to pay extra for the steak. after 15 min I finally got it and it was the ground beef. waited more the finally got the steak. it was a ridiculous $4.20 . it was so small and had about 8 small bits of over. done
