I try to eat a bowl of ramen in every city I travel to and there is absolutely nothing I have tried in my American ramen journey that compares to the absolutely insane flavors Tanaka delivers. The most rich, full bodied and flavorful broth. Perfect texture of noods. The black garlic addition is just… ridiculously perfect.
