The only thing worse than the food was the service. Hot item came out before cold item, no staff engagement while at the bar which is why we sit at the bar, just disappointing.

First, HAPPY HOUR 10 am to 6 pm excellent times. I ordered Tosrada Ceviche and Elote which were tasty with my Margaritas on the rocks. Bar Tender extremely attentive, courtes and personable. I'll be back. Muchas Gracias.

I ordered delivery, so I can't say anything for their service... But I ordered the nachos and they were SO salty. I literally couldn't finish them, it was like a salt bomb. There was no other taste. And for the cost? 20$+?I literally never do reviews... I just had that much trouble with these nachos. There are other, better, cheaper restaurants in the area. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again...

Inflated prices, limited menu items, understaffed, messy food items, bland food, a replica of Taco Bell at best, do not try to come if you can just have Taco Bell, but if you do, don’t be upset that it does not meet the standard for Mexican food.

Called Kapolei location just ask a simple question as to whether or not they serve hard tacos. Person that I was talking to seemed more concerned about whether I was ordering online or through DoorDash. Then, as if to add to my pain, without even telling me, she puts me on hold and keeps me waiting for a little over five minutes before I decided to hang up. I call back and ask to speak to the person I was just talking to about hard tacos, and again I’m put on hold. Once I get that female again I asked her why she decided to put me on hold without telling me that she was gonna put me on hold. Without any sort of apology the only excuse she could give me was that because there was “a line of people in front of her“. So people calling in are apparently not as important as people standing in line. To that I have one question, why answer the damn phone if you’ve got a line of people in front of you? I asked to speak to the manager. She tells me she is the manager.So she was either lying to me, or she is by far one of the worst managers I’ve ever had to deal with at a restaurant. Really didn’t appreciate the way I was treated over the phone. This place is not gonna get my business anymore. Do not recommend. Stay away from this place. Terrible and rude manager.

This was a good option for a quick dinner when getting in late from the airport. We were within walking distance after a very long flight and wanted a good, solid, dinner. The chips and salsa were complimentary and decent. I liked the salsa, but the chips were just average. Tasted a little on the stale side to me. However, the food makes up for the chips. The biche Quesadilla was really good! Delicious tasting and not crispy. It was buttery soft like I like it. The quesadilla was cheesy and crispy on the outside. It was actually really cheesy like you would expect compared to some that are more soft taco like with a hint of cheese. It was a little loud in the restaurant because of the bar, but not loud enough that I couldn't enjoy my meal. The waitress was on top of it, refilling drinks and salsa. Very polite too! The menu was not overly large. The only appetizers were queso or guacamole. The drink menu was large though, so if you're looking for fruity drinks that is a plus. Overall, I'd go back again if I wanted something good and somewhat quick.
