Ordered online for pickup. Spent $24 on the Carne Asada plate. WORST carne asada I've ever had. Meat was thin, tough, and the 2 tortillas that came with it were stale. It was like eating cheap rubber slippers. The black beans had NO flavor like the chef is afraid of salt. Nothing special, just plain unseasoned black beans. Rice: the rice at Popeyes is 1000x better.
