Teddy's Bigger Burgers - Kapolei

Had a great lunch here. Excellent burgers and onion rings. I paid extra for avocado and they were very generous with it. Loved the taste of the beef and the toppings. We left full and happy. Great customer service too!

Tried this place for the first time while in Ko Olina - the burger was bland. Fries were crispy and okay. Overall nothing more than a sub-par fast-food place.

The best burgers on the island, so far. Each one is hand formed and cooked to order.

Burgers and fries here were sooo good. Would 100% recommend going here. They also have an ube shake which was super good as well. If you like Nutella they have a Nutella shake as well.

Worst and disappointing fast food ever. It is overpriced, Giving wrong food orders, and bad/poor service. I ordered bacon cheese fries, and 5 piece of buffalo tenders. the taste of cheese fries and buffalo chicken tenders was horrible and soggy never come back to this place again. i suggest you get five guys (note: sorry i am bad at typing details)

Food is always great. Burgers are the best on the island and they have tater tots! However using covid as an excuse to not have an available bathroom is pitiful! Out of Order is BS and everyone knows it. I feel bad for your employees who have to repeatedly lie to your loyal customers. Your employees were fantastic! Very courteous and polite. They were working their butts off. So it isn't as if they had spare time. It looked like two of them were running the whole restaurant... so having said that. People staying to enjoy their food outside would love to have a clean table. Maybe if you had a bucket with a little bleach and a couple of rags we would not mind wiping down our own table. As it was I went inside and got some wet paper towels to clean the bird poo. We are Teddy's fans just a little disappointed.

Placed a BiteSquad order at 719PM (hours mention they're open until 9PM) and the order says it's says it's being prepped as of now (846PM). My better and more polite half just called to check on the order which has taken almost an hour and a half "to prepare" and all of a sudden the status has updated.We have made many purchases from this location because we absolutely love Teddy's, but there are always issues with our orders. 9 times out of 10 we are either missing items or receive horrible customer service whether it's an in store order or online through a delivery service.2 stars for the awesome food at Teddy's but 1 star for the actual Teddy's location and how it's run.

Teddy’s has never disappointed, but I’m ordering from a different location and I haven’t even picked up my order yet but Tyrone took my order over the phone and was the most thorough and patient host ever! Best burgers and customer service from any restaurant in Oahu!

I ordered a Double with jalapenos and pepper jack...thank God I only got the burger it was Huge❣️ Definitely need a big appetite to eat the combo, let alone just the sandwich ? worth every penny?❣️

It was poor experience. The food took 30 minutes to come out, the beyond burger wasn't cooked all the way, cost 15 dollars for a SINGLE burger. Iget that its Hawaii but still way over priced for a fast food type place. The only redeeming factor was its cheesy sauce stuff was tasty. Wouldn't come back

burger was amazing. grilled mushrooms and onions were perfect. burger was bursting with flavor. and the tots were a perfect crispiness

Good burger. Stopped by here before going to Ko'Olina on two separate visits. They can do Beyond/Impossible patties too! Recommend getting a spud (hash brown) in the burger for extra crispiness!
