The staff here are dynamite. I don't normally do coffee shop reviews but, I'll take the time to give this staff their credit. Please somebody go a teach SB what these folks do. Been here multiple times seeing as I live in Kapolei, every single time been slammed packed, busy and now I know why. Excellent products, fast service, but let me tell you how nice it is to be greeted with a smile s friendly banter in the morning, the smiles are contagious!! This owner needs give everyone a raise. No more SB for me, Bean and Tea it is from now on!! Well done all of you!! Keep up the good work!!

The people that work here are nice enough. However, they don't offer napkins, spoons or a receipt. I have to ask every time. I need a receipt for expenses and they don't ever offer it and when I don't get one they get upset because I ask for one after the fact. I'll be going to Starbucks.
The workers are friendly and service is always good. People go there to just have a cup of coffee and just chill,relax and go about their day.So I would recommend anyone who's lives near and far to come and enjoy drinking coffee here in kapolei coffee bean is a great place to get your day started. Coffee bean over Starbucks in my opinion. Better flavor and a little cheaper. This location is always on point. Never had an issue. Fast and friendly . I think it's so awesome that you can come grab groceries and pick up coffee at the same time.
