Never been to Zippy's probably won't be back. The food was pretty bad, very greecy, had some fries and what oil they were very oily, the oil tasted old and like it had been used to cook more than just fries. The burger was very low quality fatty beef and also very greecy. No complaints about the service or cleanliness, that was overall good, the drinks were fine as well. We didn't try the bakery but it did look good.Update from later in the day: definitely messed our stomachs up a bit, would not recommend.

Family of four, we tried this location after reading some reviews. Not exactly a bad spot, but definitely not great. Somewhat pricey for the quality and never really felt the aloha spirit. There are better options nearby.

The worst customer service yet!!! The place was empty. So there were 10-12 employees standing around, and still no one came over to help me by the pastries. Lazy people!!!!!

Sat for 20 minutes at our table being ignored by staff. Never even got a drink order.As we were waiting our 3yr child crawled under the table and tried to play with exposed electrical.At that point we thought it was in our best interest to just leave.

I've been eating at zippy's far very long time and basically had everything on their menu. As for this time my ox still soup didn't have any taste in the meat, My daughter's chicken cause same thing no taste in the meat, Also chili didn't have any flavor. I always finish my food at zippy's but this time I didn't.
