“I am giving 4 stars because, I had an issue with waiting 15 mins for fresh, then the pizza not being fresh after the wait. That's not the reason for my review. I am reviewing because the manager on duty named Shy was outstanding! She went above & beyond & was happy to make it right. Her customer service was excellent & she even walked the pizzas out to me with extra napkins. Hard to find young workers like her with such a great disposition. Keep up the good work shy!“

“This place is an absolute gem. We stumbled in with two hangry kids after figuring out that the place we intended to go wasn’t going to work. What a win! The food was fabulous, prices were unexpectedly reasonable, but best of all, the two gentlemen working there were so kind, completely chill, and made it a great experience for adults and keiki. We’ve been traveling in the islands for about a week, and this place is our favorite find. 10/10. Highly recommend.“

“It's in an industrial area & building. The fried chicken is so good. Lightly battered & perfectly cooked. Everything on my plate was gluten-free. I felt very safe eating here.

“The best pizza I have every order from the Hut. Kinoole location you rock!!! Glad I chose to travel the extra few miles. Almost turned down pizza because the only time I ordered from the Hilo location (since their move) I not only got bad customer service but the pizza was nasty. The pizza tastied like garbage with a doughy texture like wet dog. As long as the Kinoole location is around I will remain a customer.“

“This whippersnapper named Brady was running the show the night I came in. Despite being very busy, the young man had everything under control and running well.
He didn't talk much, but it seemed like everyone knew what he needed of them and when.

“Wow! I have never seen my food so well placed in my meal. Ever! And the chicken was fresh and hot. We almost couldn’t wait to get back to our Airbnb to eat.
The place was bright clean and the staff was really polite. I ordered in line and the food was ready soon after arriving. Who wouldn’t wait for freshly fried chicken.
The fresh and hot biscuits were perfectly lined in the box. Our chicken was perfectly placed as well. It is great to know employees still care because they can. Thanks for the attention to detail.

“Given the remote location, I was pleasantly surprised. The flavors were pretty good! The crust is a medium thickness, the sauce and cheese were good. The only *big* problem is the tiny amount of toppings. I ordered a M pizza with mushrooms and double pepperoni. There were few mushrooms and an average of 1.5 pieces of pepperoni per slice. Pretty slim.

A worker said she’s directed to use 7 pieces on a medium (8-slice) pizza, which would be fewer than a pepperoni per slice. I should have ordered triple or quadruple pepperoni!“

The order by website was very easy and the the delivery girl was kind. The delivery was perfect in time as indicated in the delivery app.“
