I love Popeyes. Yesterday though- I know it was late afternoon- business is slow during that time. The Biscuits was hard/dry, and the Chicken was hard-not crispy and unusually spicy. I have visited Pahoa Store Several times and this is the first time this happened. The chicken /biscuits sat too long.
What a great Popeye's! Tenders were delicious (crispy, hot and juicy), seasoned fries were great...kitchen and restaurant were clean, food was fresh and ready fast, and staff was friendly (and patient with us deciding which sauces we wanted) (5/31/2026)
