“Joining everyone else who rated this food truck stop a 5 in Pahoa. Service is friendly and food is made fresh for every order. To us, that's special and makes the 20 minutes wait time worthwhile. We ordered crispy pata, a delicious deep fried pork hock and a must have if you stop here. It takes about 20 minutes to make but boy, this is absolutely great tasting! We spent the time browsing at a fresh produce store and just enjoying the breeze and people watching. Portion of the crispy pata is ginormous at $14 per pound! We also ordered lumpia $8 for 8 pcs and pancit with roasted pork for $17 which is reasonable.
Do note that Leo's is open only on Fridays and Saturdays but this is a not to be missed stop for a great value meal when in Pahoa. Mahalo and maraming salamat po!“
