I stumbled upon this place and it was the highlight of my morning. The coffee was incredibly smooth and you can really taste the quality of the beans they use. The shop itself has such a chill, relaxing vibe that makes you want to hang out for hours. It is easily the best cup of coffee I have had in a long time and the staff were so friendly, too.

Everything is alright but the food price markup is extreme for what you're getting. All menu items are made from relatively cheap Costco ingredients. Go for the convenience, but know you're going to pay $20 for banana toast that could easily be made for a dollar or two, in a couple minutes, with some forethought and grocery store ingredients. Nothing wrong with the food, but go elsewhere if you want something you can't easily throw together at home.

We really loved this coffee, the espresso and the Matcha simply excellent. The staff also adjusted the drink according to our wishes and had recommendations and not telling the complete menu as recommendation.
For us the toasts were delicious

Absolutely freaking WOW. GET the smoked ahi cucumber toast. The bread is a thick slice of sourdough but SO SOFT and perfectly chewy and the smoked ahi is so flavorful with the fresh crunch of cucumbers and chili crunch on top. Also get the frozen froshaka as well. It’s a Starbucks Frappuccino on CRACK. The girls are so sweet! Please be patient bc they make everything fresh to order. It is worth the wait. There is a drive thru but just park and wait and their cute little shop, lots of souvenirs to buy!!

Edit:
Third time here on our one week trip and the macnut roll changed my life😭😭😭 it’s a cinnamon roll on crack. The bread is so soft and chewy and the glaze is perfectly sweet. The ube sweet cream on the white mocha is absolutely delicious. I will be so sad when I go home. No more smoked ahi toast every morning 🥲🥲🥲PLEASE OPEN A HICO IN CALIFORNIA (also this is the best location)

I had a delicious Brown Sugar Latte with their Ube cold foam and macnut milk! It was so great, that I wish I had tried some food but after having such a peaceful morning stop on our way to Waikoloa, in this very chic space I will definitely be back on my next trip out this way. Also, had I known they had a spot in Waikoloa Village I would've went again for an afternoon pick-me-up! There's always next time ;) Mahalo HiCo!

Loved our coffee from Waikoloa Village that we kept going back for more! Now we're home and had to order some for the house!

This was the second coffee spot I tried on the Big Island, and I was really impressed.
I had very high expectations because of all the Kona coffee hype, so I had been a little disappointed by another place I tried before. But this place was genuinely delicious.

We ordered the ube latte, coconut foam latte, smoked cucumber toast, and avocado toast, and everything was excellent.
We loved it so much that we ended up ordering the salmon toast and an ube cinnamon roll too.

Both the coffee and the food were amazing, and it turned into such a satisfying brunch. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for great coffee and tasty toast on the Big Island.
