Delicious fresh food, good portion sizes, and reasonable prices. I enjoyed the grilled Mahi and coconut shrimp here multiple times (would have gone a couple more times, but sometimes their hours differ from what’s shown on Google, so best to call). The staff is also very friendly, and let me skip the rice and get extra salad (love the dressing and feta cheese on the salad).

Probably the best food we’ve had in the island. Got the coconut shrimp and it was the BEST. My partner usually doesn’t eat salad but she ended up finishing hers, the dressing was so good!! Overall we are definitely coming back

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!! You won’t find better on the island. Hands down. She was so kind and generous and the food was better than anything we ate on our vacation. Will crave this food truck until we come back! Do yourself a favor and come get you a plate !
The coconut shrimp and chicken katsu were delicious!! The potions are enormous so either come really hungry or plan to share. The plates come with rice and salad - if you’re non dairy I’d ask for no cheese as it comes with feta but doesn’t say that. It was just one young woman working the truck but she killed it!! Super impressed. Short wait time (10 minutes).
