Definitely the best coffee roaster on Maui. They did a great job with a Kona Pacamara.

This coffee roaster is the best in the state, hands down! It rivals my favorite roasters from the Pacific Northwest; you can tell they're intentional about the entire process from seed to cup. I get their subscription on a monthly basis; it's a great price and perfect for those living on a neighbor island.
