Very friendly staff, feels family owned and operated, serving some of the freshest fish I have tried. “Last meal in Maui last night.i had the best slow roasted beef short ribs and I smoke meats at home in Connecticut. So delicious. My common law wife had a Eggplant dish that she also loved. Service was quick and friendly. No reservation needed. Walked in at 7pm on a Friday.“

“Chicken potstickers and coconut shrimp both very good. Fish tacos good - can’t say excellent as slightly overcooked and accompanying sauce was not the best I’ve had - a little under-flavored. That said, service was kind, courteous and *unobtrusive* and the view of the sunset cannot be beat. Beautiful setting! We will be back to sample more menu options - like the deep fried pickle chips.“

“Fantastic place for a morning coffee and pastry or a quick breakfast. Outdoor patio seating with beautiful scenery overlooking the Grand Wailea gardens with an ocean view. The breakfast pastries were absolutely amazing. They also have a Portuguese sausage in one of their breakfast bowls that is perfection for flavor and texture. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient as they have a surprisingly large menu to go through. You can also order to go and take food up to your balcony or down to the beach. We saw a lot of people getting their pizzas later in the day but didn't try it ourselves. We did get the gelatos. The dark chocolate was the best as the other flavors were a bit sweet for my taste, but everyone else loved them all.“

He makes a kick ass coconut cake (shoutout to his sister for making a delicious recipe!) it’s like a tres leches cake but with coconut and honestly I didn’t take any pictures because we are everything so quickly <3 will be back !“

“Absolutely Amazing – Teriyaki Chicken & Nutella Explosion Rolls Heaven!
Wow, wow, wow! This place blew me away! First of all, the teriyaki chicken was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had on Maui - perfectly grilled with great flavor. It was savory and slightly sweet, with the perfect balance of teriyaki that left me wanting more. And just when I thought it couldn’t get better… I tried the Nutella Explosion rolls. Talk about heaven on a plate! Soft, gooey, and perfectly spiced with a generous swirl of Nutella, they were the ultimate sweet finish. I'm coming back to try all the sweets and the BBQ burger. 😁“

“This place was fantastic. The service was personal and world class. All of the workers there clearly had personal interest in making sure our experience was fantastic and that we loved the food. They even took extra special care to ask what we were doing next what we have already done our vacation and gave us a list of things that we should check out that were local before we left the island. “I went to redeem a cookie with reward points from here and the cashier was really rude. It was my first time redeeming something so I didn’t know how it worked and I was in the process of learning. She gave me attitude because of it. Super bad customer service.“

“Starting with Jason at the front reception area of the restaurant he set the tone with such a warm and welcoming attitude, and seated us at the best table in the house (we were super early lol so that helped too) but his genuine warmth is such an asset to this restaurant- he is a keeper! Karen our server also a keeper so attentive and kind and anticipated out every need. Norma our busser topped it all with her friendliness and great service. Such great staff! “We recently had our wedding at Gannons and it was AMAZING! We were blown away at how beautiful the ceremony site was (Molikini Lookout) as well as the reception site (Lower Lawn). Gannons was great to work with from the start! If you are looking to get married at Gannons we would HIGHLY recommend upgrading your ceremony site to Molokini Lookout, the view was breathtaking and the pictures do not do it justice!! We are so glad we decided to have our ceremony at Molokini Lookout. We were really happy with all the staff (especially the bartender, he was AWESOME!!). We did have a few hiccups with dinner and dessert. The crab cakes (appetizer) were to DIE for and everyone loved the salads. We were disappointed that the fish that was served along with the filet of beef for dinner was very fishy and not edible. The filet however was delicious. The timing of the meals was also disappointing. The salads were served quickly but the dinner course took quite a long time to come out after. We had guests asking where the dinner was. We also had the same issue with dessert, unfortunately. The dessert was not brought out until after last call was made (over an hour after dinner was finished) and less than 15 minutes before the wedding was over! We had decided to add the "chef selection of desserts" for our guests along with serving cake and unfortunately hardly any of our guest were able to enjoy any dessert since it was served so late. So, if you do decide to get married at Gannons (which we still recommend) we would suggest having a detailed timeline for courses and dessert to avoid what happened to us. Overall, we are very happy with our decision to choose Gannons for our wedding day!“

Comments like this is the Cleanest CFA, kindest…Well I’ve never been to one with rude customer service. Anyhow he suggested I try the Banana pudding milkshake, amazing. “The service was great and the food was amazing! We ordered a breakfast burrito and it was perfect. We also ordered some French toast and it was delicious. Both were decent portions. The waitress was nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you have some extra time at the airport. The food was made quick so even if you don't have a lot of time it's a good place to get some food.“
