This is a great place for the view, the menu is a little limited and pricey, but the food and service is good.

The food, atmosphere and staff were all amazing as well as maintaining chaos through a lot of people coming and going. The manager there was also very helpful and directed me to the baby changing area instead of walking all the way to the restrooms for nothing. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Nice atmosphere. Good service. Food was good but not necessarily outstanding. Over priced for the most part.

What a spectacular spot for dinner! The service, the food and the views were spectacular. spent our pre-dinner time having drinks on the lawn and watching whale spout off the beach. Just as we were seated parakeets started to roost in the palm trees outside ! Dinner was delicious and or server Was attentive and friendly ! If We were Islanders, this would be a regular stop for us ! We Hope you enjoy as much as we did ! Aloha

We visited with high expectations based on numerous strong reviews, but the experience was disappointing in several key areas, particularly for the price point.

The famous Mai Tai fell well short of expectations—lacking the balance and quality we’d anticipated from its reputation.

Appetizers and salads were the strongest part of the meal: the coconut shrimp (with its unique steamed preparation and dipping sauce rather than classic breading), cucumber mango salad, and goat cheese macadamia salad were fresh and enjoyable.

The entrees were where things went wrong. The server described the nightly special as a 12 oz ribeye with pumpkin, which we confirmed repeatedly—including specifying our preferred doneness—before ordering it along with the macadamia crusted fish. When the plates arrived, it was short rib instead. Despite multiple mentions of “ribeye” during ordering and even a quick exchange with the table runner (who first called it short rib, then awkwardly switched back), the dish was short rib. The short rib itself was decent—tender and flavorful—but it was not what we ordered, and the repeated miscommunication and brief argument over it soured the evening.

The macadamia crusted fish was properly prepared and a highlight among the mains. However, the overall bill was quite expensive, and the inconsistencies in service and accuracy left us feeling the value didn’t match the cost or the restaurant’s hyped reputation.

While we appreciate the setting and some solid dishes, greater attention to order accuracy and special descriptions would go a long way. This was our first visit, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the promise.

Valentine day dinner @615...had a menu with specials listed...one was seviche...one was strawberry shortcake...they were out of both item when we tried to order..waiter wasn't even aware the dessert was sold out after he talked us into ordering it! For an upscale restaurant with very high prices you would think the management would make the staff aware of what foods are available to order. All in all we felt the food was overpriced as well...The atmosphere is the only thing we would come back for!

The ravioli was a wonderful surprise and the Macadamia nut crusted fish was good. Unfortunately, the filet mignon was disappointing, especially considering it's a $70 dish. I guess you're primarily paying for the location/ambience. As for parking, the valet was full so we had to drive around to look for parking on the street.

We visited this restaurant for a special occasion and were honestly disappointed with the overall experience.

While the drinks were decent, the service was very poor. The staff did not seem concerned about our occasion at all and made no effort to make us feel welcome. What was more upsetting was that certain guests were clearly given special attention and warm greetings, while we were largely ignored and not cared for.

Considering the high prices, this kind of treatment is unacceptable. Paying more and feeling disrespected is really disappointing. It is not fine dining — it feels more like being fined for dining here.

Hospitality should be equal for all guests, and unfortunately, that was not our experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service.

I made a reservation 3 months in advance for 11 of us for our son's 30th birthday. I called 4 days ahead to confirm. From the get go I asked for a view table, as it was a very special and planned-out occasion.

We flew in from many locations, our 2 kids, their significant others, and their 5 living grandparents. When we arrived, we were seated in *the worst possible table* in the place. With 11, we had no other choice but to stay. After asking for a better spot (not in the back corner, no view, like we were there for a corporate brunch), we were told no.

I will never go back there. I highly suggest if you have a special event for which you make the effort to plan ahead for that you choose somewhere else.
