I’m sorry, I just have to give Keoki’s a bad rating, How bad can you mess up ravioli? They perfected it, inedible!! The kale salad was missing the advertised goat cheese! The ribs were lukewarm The calamari and coconut shrimp mediocre. Convinced me to stay away from entire family of restaurants-super sorry we dropped $200 here

The ambience makes up for the food and the not so friendly service. Got the pork ribs - dry, meat didn’t have flavor aside from the bbq sauce that looked like it was just added on. And fish and chips - bland, just ok. The singer at least was good.

No Aloha for tourist. My husband and I came here with a tour from a cruise, there were 2 busses full of guests. Our designated lunch buffet was at Keoki's Paradise , but by the time we got to the food, they did not have the fish, one of the staple protein advertised in the tour. I asked the employee if they were going to refill the fish, the employee rudely said no they ran out. No preparation, pre-planning, and unprofessional considering people usually take more than 1 piece of fish. Then when we were being seated I asked if my husband could sit by ourselves, the employee who looks like he was in charge said we cannot and forced us to sit with a family who was obviously sick because of the excessive coughing. It felt like were an inconvenience taking up the space

This was near our hotel so we thought we'd give it a try. I'm so glad that we did!! It is an open air restaurant with a Polynesian feel. They had live music (a man and his guitar) that was quite entertaining. We had the coconut shrimp-- very crunchy and sweet-- and the risotto. The seafood risotto had big chunks of fish, shrimp, and lobster. It was delicious!! We liked it so much, we went back the next night. This time we had the nachos-- it's a big tray!-- and the nut-crusted Mahi-Mahi. Once again, the food was superb!! Definitely give this place a try!!

It was my first time for dinner and it was awesome. I had the kalo crusted ahi and my friend had the prime rib. We shared the seafood risotto. Everything was wonderful. The poke stack and the sashimi was ono too...and the coconut mojito was Ono and refreshing. Good Job. I would definitely return again in the future.

Great environment and ambiance. The food was good, however for the price we paid their was just a small selection. I wish it had more depth in the menu. Can’t pass up a river going through the center of a restaurant. Clearly one of the best options if you’re staying near Poipu.

We have been going to Keoki's ever since we first discovered it the first time we visited Kauai in 1999.While the menu has changed, the quality of the food and service has always been top notch. The one thing you should try though that has been constant each time we have visited Keoki's on our many return visits to the island is the Hula Pie. It is a taste of paradise.

Since Keoki's Paradise is owned by Duke’s they need to follow Duke’s standard for quality. The service was awesome but the food was not. The calamari was over cooked both times we ate there and the French onion soup was horrible. I’ve had the “Maui” French onion soup at other restaurants and it was fabulous but this was cold and looked like it came from another table. It was a half a bowl with a couple stale croutons and a sprinkle of some sort of cheese. May go back but will order something else. ?

Small, tranquil mall with various shops. We went there spontaneously for dinner and it was delicious

Feels like a big chain restaurant in terms of food and service/staff. Setting is good. Everything feels like an upsell. I wouldn't go back and would rather hit up a delicious food truck the island has to offer.
