Excellent location right on the beach. Happy Hour is nice. Nice menu selection. Plenty of different size tables and a large counter bar area. Reasonably priced. We had an early dinner, walked the path to the west after dinner and watched a glorious unobstructed sunset.
Overall, pretty solid! We stayed at the hotel so used lava’s a few times. Our first meal was near closing time and the waiter we had paid no attention to us at all. It seemed like he was more concerned with clearing tables and going home. I don’t blame him, but we spent a substantial amount of money on food and drinks. Sitting pool side with my wife's lovely face in front of me with the sun shining in the back was my absolute favorite part! Great service, good food, amazing atmosphere. We came for breakfast this morning and got ourselves a couple cocktails to accommodate our Loco-moco.
