Can we give them a round of applause please. First of all. The adorable, polite and highly professional little lady taking orders. Kudos to teaching the youth how to work hard. All the respect. Second.... the burgers and fries were absolutely delicious. I had the Shaka Burger with a lettuce bed since I can't eat Gluten and it didn't disappoint. Highly recommend this food truck. One of the best I have ever had. And service was fantastic.

My wife picked this spot and am I glad she did. Kauai is loaded with food trucks and it is awesome that you have that many options. I ordered the Porko Loco, their take on Moco Loco (which they have also) with pork belly instead of a hamburger, wow what an upgrade. The flavors work great and the garlic rice pairs with the pork and gravy, then you top it with that over easy egg....BOOM!!!!!! My wife got the Smash Burger with extrac cheese, and the Shaka sauce they put on it goes sooo good on that burger and its cooked to perfection. And to top it all off they bring the food to your car, the only thing missing was a drive in movie screen. If you are visiting and looking for some damn good local food, stop by Shaka Burgers in Lihue
So far, the BEST burger I have had in Kauai! Maybe I was tired and hungry after a full day of traveling and a 2-hour wait for a rental, but this burger was ‘fire’! Order the SBC. You won’t be disappointed!

We chanced upon it as we were looking for a quick meal and my gosh, their burgers were phenomenal and so was the pork belly! Very nice family also & very friendly! I wish we could have taken out some more meals with us going on our way back to Maui but wow, I’m still thinking about that pork belly until now ⭐️
