Okay maybe we were starving. But first food we ate in Kauai straight off the plane. We each ordered a smash burger and it was superb. The burger sauce was delicious and the smash patties were phenomenal. Overall would highly recommend to anyone getting off the plane.
Best burgers! But hardly open. Gotta catch them for the 3 hours they are open for a handful of days during the week. We always want to go but never open. If they want someone to run the truck and stay open later hmu!
The bread was perfectly toasted in butter—flavorful without being greasy. The locally raised, grass-fed beef was fresh and not overly fatty, which I really appreciated. While the burger usually comes with fries, they were happy to substitute a side salad when I asked—thank you! Loved being able to enjoy the meal outdoors in a relaxed setting.
