“I usually order the plain cheese pie which is delicious but today, at the suggestion of a friend, I tried the veggie. Beautiful! Cherry tomatoes, shaved red onion, spinach, feta…. Such a perfect combo especially with the slightly chewy crust. So satisfying.“

From the amuse buche course(s!) that wet our appetite for more goodies to come. The locally sourced ingredients shined with their freshness and the finesse in which they were presented. Two highlights were the Maui onion soup presented with the perfect amount of cheese and puffed pastry topping- just perfectly seasoned. And then the Haleakala filet mignon, once again perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned and topped with compound butter that was melted at table side with rosemary. (It feels like we are saying perfect too much! But we do mean it!) Then to end the evening celebration with our chocolate lava cake surrounded by white and milk chocolate fondue with banana bread and fresh fruits was simply scrumptious! “The pizza is absolutely fantastic! We've eaten at other locations of theirs on other islands and have never been disappointed. We were happy to see a location close to our Airbnb. They have a super cute patio you can sit out on with tiki torches to add to the “Hawaiian feel”. The only downfall is they don’t currently have their liquor license so you can’t order alcohol of any kind (including beer) but, the BYOB feature is a great option and a way to save money as well!“

“Pizza Madness is the best pizza on Maui! Excellent crust, fresh toppings and delicious sauces, both the red and white Alfredo, a good choice with garlic chicken. They also serve up some fine buffalo wings and have a buy ten get one large free pizza deal along with other items for points. We mostly do takeout and the food is always hot and ready to go promptly. We highly recommend Pizza Madness, been going there for years and love it every time. Phil, Cris and Kyle, Kihei Maui.“

“A brick oven or stone oven, with a wood fire. The magic oven is a must-stop for anyone who loves great food, combining the local dishes with international ones. The chef truly knows how to pair ingredients. I had two types of pizza, the Fugazza and Prochuto with arugula. Then another visit had empanadas, milanesa. A local man sitting next to me had the burger, and it was cooked to perfection. The Magic Oven is located next to Jaws Country store, so if you need a last-minute gift, that's the place for a unique one. If you don't know what you want to eat, ask the staff; their recommendations are excellent.

“Upon arriving to the Fairmont Kea Lani after a long 9 hour flight, we were able to get a quick pizza that we brought up to our room to eat. Stopped in to get ice cream one night. I got the banana bread sundae and my fiancé got the chocolate Oreo shake. Both delicious. The store also had coffee, teas, and typical gift shop items. Everything of course is super expensive but what else would you expect. Overall recommend.“
