If you are visiting Hawaii street food is best options any very good food , rather then spending hi $ restaurants I eat at many food truck they were all good , u won’t go wrong check the review , I am v. v .picky for my food .

We were looking for the best Mexican food in the Lahaina area and found Adriana's Cocina. We ordered chicken enchiladas dinner and the taco dorados dinner. Both dinners were very delicious and freshly cooked. We definitely will return on our next vacation in Maui.

This place is worth the drive. UH-mazing take on Mexican food. The Torta plate, fried quesadilla, refried beans, rice, and chicken enchilads all hit the spot. Highly recommend

To be honest, I didn't think we would find good Mexican food in Maui, but we came across Adriana's and it exceeded my expectations. We tried the chicken enchiladas and they were ??. I love a good salsa verde and this one hit all the right notes

Cashier recommended the Chicken Enchiladas and it was sooooo bomb! The flavor is deep, and the dish was seasoned very well. The green salsa really makes the dish pop! Honestly, this can hold its own against any Mexican restaurant. It blows my mind that this quality of food comes from a food truck, and in Maui of all places. Skip the restaurants in Maui and come here. You won't be disappointed ?

Wow!! Adriana’s has quickly become a staple in my diet. You can taste the freshness in their ingredients. Everything tastes like a warm hug and makes me feel like I’m joining their family dinner. Of course the entire menu is amazing (you really can’t go wrong), but the Torta Plate is my ultimate favorite. I look forward #tortatuesday every week… YUM!!! A side of rice and beans pairs perfectly with every entrée and are the best on the island!! The salsas are the perfect consistency and spice level… I basically drink them at this point! In addition to the delicious food, Julia and Erick are attentive to every detail of their orders - from cutting the onions and lettuce to the perfect thickness to accommodating my love for their salsa by giving me 3x the normal amount. The delicious food plus the high level of service make Adriana’s Cocina the perfect stop for dinner. I cannot recommend this place enough! If you are on Maui and looking for a quick bite to eat that will fill you up and not break the bank, this is a definite must stop!
