“We just so happened to stumble upon Slappy Cakes while driving by in Maui! We decided to check it out before heading back home from vacation and Slappy Cakes did NOT disappoint!! The food was incredible, the atmosphere was great, and everyone was very friendly. Coy was our server and we will never forget how awesome he was!! Not only was he an excellent and very prompt server but he stayed after closing time to finish a conversation with us about the island that left a lasting impact on our hearts. Most would have pushed us out, but not a single staff at Slappy Cakes rushed us out at close so we could enjoy our meal and our experience while also making powerful connections! “After 10 perfect days on Maui, my husband and I chose Mauka Makai for dinner on our last night. We arrived at the restaurant in time to watch the magnificent sunset. The food was perfect! I had the prime rib special which came with a salad and dessert. My husband's scallops and risotto were also delicious, but he was disappointed to only get 3 not very large scallops in his meal so I would avoid the scallops.“
