The food and the atmosphere were top notch. I highly recommend going for that. The service was less than poor. The host just pointed to a table for us to go and once our server (whom did not appear to even want to be there) took our order we never saw him again until he brought us the bill. Never checked on us, refilled our drinks, nothing.

OK, listen. Yes, it’s a $39 burger, that part is true. But damn is it great! A double wagyu burger on a buttered bun, a nice side of fries and a cold beer, while sitting next to paradise? Life couldn’t be better!! Totally worth it!!!!

While the staff at the burger shop were friendly, unfortunately, the taste of the burger, especially the beef, didn't meet my expectations at all. Additionally, the 'buy two get one free' deal came with confusing and restrictive rules, making the offer less appealing. Regrettably, I don't plan on returning to this establishment.

Don't let the name of the restaurant foul you, we truly thought it was a local burger place, but nope it is controlled by Rita Carlton hotel. Everything was expensive because it is not a local burger. Even tho the burger was good, but more than we average it for the price since it's owned by the hotel. Look at their menu before going and checking them out.

Decent food but overpriced. $30 for a burger and $15 for a shake. Didn't realize it was part of the Ritz Carlton until we sat down to order, as it's set near a public beach away from the hotel. That explains the high prices though. The location has great views, but I'd rather stick with locally owned businesses.

Small oceanside restaurant with only patio seating and limited hours. The food was good, the Royal Kona shake was very plain, and about 1/3 of the glass was whipped cream.

Solid burger with good flavor. They have fresh ingredients and brioche buns. The milk shakes are the fun part. Try a few different flavors.
Great location.Ok food.Service is bad but it isn't the employees fault. They are way understaffed.

The beautiful atmosphere of Maui, the gorgeous view, and the tasty food made for a great lunch. The fish in the burger was so fresh and juicy, as were the fish tacos. The service was also great."

You can sit here beautifully with a view of the beach. However, it was extremely windy where we were. We quickly found a place for lunch. The burger and fries were average at best and therefore definitely too expensive at $30. Especially for lunch. The shake was very good, but also quite expensive.Service okay.Vegetarian options: There are vegan burgers
