HORRIBLE FOOD… worst food cart we’ve ever experienced!!!Wasted $21 on a few shreds of super salty Kula pork in a sea of flavorless cabbage. The two sides were bland and tasteless as well. We feel like we were totally ripped off.I took it back to them and they said that’s what we get… claiming it was 5oz of meat… no way, it wasn’t even two ounces!This is the first review I’ve ever written because it was that bad!

First of all this woman in the picture gave herself a tip without my boyfriends consent. She tipped a 10% thinking he wouldn’t see but he saw and I saw as well. As well as the person after us, she claimed the “machine was broken” then proceeded to take his card and try for herself and tried to make him feel bad for not tipping. My bf would’ve tipped her if she didn’t try to be so sneaking and basically stealing/ robbing my boyfriend. If you ever see this woman, make sure you know what tip choice you’re pressing!!! Also my bf said the food wasn’t that good, there was not a lot of meat and too much bread!!

DO NOT EAT HERE. Worst ribs I’ve ever had: dry, flavorless and covered in kraft Heinz bbq sauce. Cole slaw has zero flavor. Vegetables are straight out of a can, rubbery and terrible. Oh, and on top of that every thing came out luke warm to cold. Can confidently say the worst food truck experience I’ve ever had. The order taker was also borderline rude. Shut this garbage truck of a food truck down for everyone’s sake. Thanks for ruining my evening and stealing my $25. Threw out the meal after a couple bites. Donating this to a homeless person or street dog would be rude.

I really don’t like to post my feedback on businesses, but this experience was really bad. Prime steak was tasteless and raw even for a BBQ, the experience was worsening when I asked them if they can cook it more or do anything about it, the reply was almost ignoring me completely.And not offering to do nothing about it in a bit rude way.Unfortunately I saw the rest of the other reviews after the fact.

BBQ loaded fries (including a chipotle aioli sauce with small pineapple slices included) with pulled pork and beyond delicious!!! You cannot go wrong with this option at all.The BBQ ribs were tender and the sauce was tangy, yet sweet enough if you are thinking BBQ from regions on the mainland. The meat did fall off the bone so nicely. Sides were decent and filling, although do not expect something over the top either.Staff was courteous. Time for food to be ready outpaced other trucks, so definitely a plus without sacrificing a quality product.If you are in the area, very good BBQ option. Be prepared to pay higher prices though, which then again you should expect being on Maui and the surrounding area continuing to justify these tourist prices.Super easy access and great sitting places in a very open space environment nearest the major highway.Parking: Right next to the places:)

All sauce with small strings of meat… at 20 bucks a plate there is just too much good food nearby that has care put into it. None of my family finished their meals. Ribs didn’t seem fresh. But rather cooked this morning and kept on a warming rack…

Look for the bright yellow food truck. My 25-year-old son got a chicken plate, his quarter chicken with noodles was a huge portion, he ate about 2/3 of it and saved the drumstick for lunch the next day. I had the loco moco -- two large hamburger patties with tasty, oniony gravy on rice -- half of it was dinner, the other half lunch the next day. Best Mac salad I had on this trip. Husband's pulled pork sandwich was tasty stuff, very good fries. Each plate $18-$20, a pretty good deal in a touristy area, particularly given the size of the portions.
