Look for the bright yellow food truck. My 25-year-old son got a chicken plate, his quarter chicken with noodles was a huge portion, he ate about 2/3 of it and saved the drumstick for lunch the next day. I had the loco moco -- two large hamburger patties with tasty, oniony gravy on rice -- half of it was dinner, the other half lunch the next day. Best Mac salad I had on this trip. Poor customer service. The younger guy taking the orders seemed annoyed that people wanted to order their food which was weird and put a damper on things almost immediately. Plenty other great food truck options out there.

BBQ loaded fries (including a chipotle aioli sauce with small pineapple slices included) with pulled pork and beyond delicious!!!
