Dukes is a classic thing bar done right. We had the fish, and agreed the herbed fish was great. The calamari appetizer was also very good, and the Mac hummus was interesting, but not a must have. Service was attentive.

Duke’s Beach House Maui delivers an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a relaxed vibe that makes you want to stay a little longer. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.

I ordered fish and chips and they were absolutely outstanding — crispy, golden perfection on the outside and flaky, tender on the inside. The batter is light and crunchy without being greasy, and every bite tastes fresh and perfectly seasoned. The famous Duke’s Mai Tai was superb as well. I’ll be coming back to Duke’s definitely .

We were really looking forward to dining with our friends here. The food was good, however the portions have definitely been downsized ,,:( The Biggest disappointment was the Cocktails..
they tasted like they had little to NO alcohol in them , which was frustrating given the cost. This happened to us last year as well,
We also have MANY of our friends saying the same thing. :(

Only had drinks and nachos bit they were both fabulous and the couple I met at the bar was extremely friendly and first time visiting as well. So nice I shared my nachos and gave them spots to hit and things to do. Great view of water from the Hokulani resort in Ka'anapoli Maui. Hawaii

We loved visiting Duke’s on our first trip to Maui but we couldn’t snag a reservation for this trip so we decided to walk in for lunch. It was another wonderful experience, we enjoyed some amazing whale watching on their patio with some incredible food! Lunch menu is kind of limited but we all really enjoyed what we ordered! See you next time!

Our waitress spoiled the evening. Wasn’t polite, with attitude and annoyed when we asked the questions. On top of everything Birthday cake candle didn’t light… we left very disappointed

This restaurant was always on a wait. Reservations were booked so far in advance. Nonetheless we decided to give the waitlist a try. We went over at 4:30 expecting to be put on a long waitlist but we were seated within 10 minutes. We lucked out and got seated in the covered indoor area with a direct beach view. Our server was friendly but disappeared towards the end of the meal service. It took a little while to settle the check. Overall
It was a good experience though. There was also live music which was a nice touch.

Humiliating experience getting yelled at by a bartender because she decided it was time to ask for my son’s ID AFTER WE PAID, AFTER WE WERE SERVED, and were walking away. This caused a huge scene with patrons trying to flag us down. Bystander’s comment “wow, that was aggressive”. This all after being in the walk up line 30 minutes, then being first in line without being greeted for nearly 5 minutes. Horrible experience.
