Disappointed with Hula Grill. Made reservations weeks ahead, showed up on time and then told to wait in bar or outside area. After waiting and waiting, we walked up to podium and was immediately seated outside where we wanted to be in the first place. Reservations force you to be inside with a much higher priced menu and no view or live music/hula dancer experience. Would not suggest reservations, again. The once amazing Hula Grill has lost its luster. We had a wonderful waitress who talked us through the menu. We ordered the potstickers and focaccia. The focaccia didn't come and when it arrived was not even slightly warm. The sauce was good. I ordered the risotto which was not very warm at all. We had a wonderful experience celebrating a birthday with six adults and a young child. The table was perfect. The waiter was attentive and offered excellent suggestions for food and drink. All in all the perfect night.
