Kitchen 5315 👎🏼
Made reservations over a month ago for our group. Called today to ask a question and was told they decided to cancel our reservation so they could accommodate at private party instead!!! Horrible way to run a business. Avoid it at all costs because even a RSVP means nothing…
Where to even begin with this place. My husband and I have been here a week on our honeymoon and our first night I searched for restaurants around us to try and Kitchen 5315 was near the top of my list. Good reviews, a food and drink menu that looked fantastic. I was sold. And finally, on our last night in Maui, I got us a reservation for dinner. And much like the waves of Napili Bay, my hopes were smashed onto the rocks.
We got there at our reservation time of 5:00pm....read full review

Kitchen 5315 Restaurant & Tiki Bar is a welcoming spot in Maui that offers a lively atmosphere with great vibes, music, and colorful decor. The bartenders and staff are friendly and attentive, serving delicious drinks and tasty food. The menu features a variety of options, including the popular Aloha Friday dish, and the tiki corner bar is a fun place to enjoy a cocktail during happy hour or in the evening. While service can sometimes be slow, the staff is friendly and apologetic. Customers often describe the restaurant as a hidden neighborhood gem, praising the poke, pork quesadillas, and poke bowls as amazingly tasty. The fish tacos, crusted mahi mahi, and ribs are also highly recommended, along with the pineapple/coconut dessert. The calamari and the sauce it came with are amazing, and the macadamia nut Mahi Mahi is outstanding—especially with the caper lemon butter that makes it rich and flavorful. The Lainia plate is good overall, with the pork being especially tasty and making the dish worthwhile. The restaurant features local food, local servers, and sometimes offers very talented live Hawaiian music. Customers have found the service to be warm and welcoming, making them feel like part of the ohana. Happy hour at Kitchen 5315 is a great experience, with friendly staff and a lively environment.
