Leilani’s in Maui was fantastic! We sat in the open-air dining area with a beautiful beach view—definitely a must for the vibe alone.
I had the Tristan Lobster Tails, perfectly seasoned and buttery with fresh local veggies on the side—so delicious! My husband’s Grilled Filet Mignon was tender and came with amazing bacon mashed potatoes, while our daughter enjoyed a classic cheeseburger and fries.
Our drinks were just as refreshing—a guava daiquiri for me, a tropical smoothie for him, and a Coke for our daughter. Highly recommend this place! Be sure to make a reservation.

The beach bar part is first come first serve. We say at the bar and had no trouble finding space. The bento box at lunch is the real star. We liked it so much we went back two days in a row. It had a delicious mix of kalbi, fish, and wings in a gochujang sauce. Drinks are also tasty!

Good selection of food and seemed relatively healthy and innovative. However, the flavor was lacking on the farro salad and the ceviche is nothing to write home about. The salad had a butt of the lettuce head… for a restaurant of this caliber, this is pretty unappealing. The pork sandwich was tasty and fires crispy. Service was pleasant and attentive. Atmosphere was really nice! Good music.

I'm a well done burger girl and if you are too, you know it's hard to find restaurants that can in fact cook a well done burger properly. Leilani's can do it and cook it to perfection! Well done, but still tender, juicy, and flavorful. The service is always out of this world and cocktails are on point. Do yourself a favor and stop by here for lunch or dinner, because if they're able to make a well done burger tender and juicy they can cook anything (also my husband says fish tacos are amazing)!

Tried Leilani’s for the first time and it was great. We got the espresso martini, poke, and short ribs. Serving size was great. Ashley was our waitress and very attentive.

Absolutely despicable experience at Leilani’s. We were served by Casper the non-existent Server, who basically ignored us as we were a party of two and not a large party. Of course, the server magically re-appeared when it came time to present the bill. When I asked for change, my request was ignored. We waited around to see if Casper the Awful Server would eventually bring us our change, but I can see the scam they are running. The parking is only validated for two hours, so if Leilani’s makes their guests wait, they can also ensure their guests not only give a 35% tip, they can also charge them for parking. Tourists, please keep your hard earned dollars away from this place. We had heard Maui was relying on tourist dollars to re-ignite their economy, but this experience was just too much. Stay away from this establishment.
