Food was quite good & service is good. Price is much more affordable than the other Vietnamese restaurant near by, but still a little pricey. Worth the try!

We went in and there was no server in sight, so we sat ourselves in one of the many empty tables. Ordered 4 dishes, but only received 3 because the server didn't realize that we ordered 2 of the same thing. It actually worked out because we weren't starving so two of us in the party just shared the dish. The main problem was that the server was not friendly at all. In fact, she made all of us feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed. The customer service here is horrendous. If you don't want to be there, then you should not be there (especially when you are the only person who we see/interact with in the restaurant). The food was tasty, though. We got a vermicelli dish that was just okay. The noodles seemed like it was sitting out for a bit. The pho, however, was actually really good. The broth had a good flavor and it was solid overall. Sadly, the RBF on the server was enough to make us not want to come back. It just gave us a horrible vibe and we certainly don't want to come back if we're not welcomed!

The food was outstanding. We have a large family and everyone found something they really enjoyed, from the Pho to the beef stew to the grilled teriyaki shrimp. Has the feel of a dive. The service was adequate, but the food was the real star of the evening.

Best chicken Pho ever. The broth was delicious and the chicken was super tender.

7/18/2023 was our last day in Maui. We were Craving for noodle before heading to airport back to Cali. We found this Restaurant named: Noodle Bar. This restaurant did not disappoint us. The food were delicious and fresh. I had a conversation with a guy and told him that we had 20 minutes and he made sure that our meals were ready. He was friendly, and he asked where we're from. I said From Cali, by Magic Mountain. He said, "oh I grew up in Orange County." We left with content and full tummies. The day after, I realize I left my Ray-Ban sunglasses who I own for 10 years- It had great memories. I called the restaurant and I asked for the guy from Orange County California. I spoke to him and said that he had my sunglasses, and saved it for me, I asked him if he could mail it and he said yes and he gave me his cell phone number so I can give him my demographics. I finally asked his name his name was Minh... It's hard nowadays to have a Honest and courteous human. Will definitely come back when you visit Maui again. Thank you, Minh..:)

The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. I differently recommend it to the tourists who need a break from fried fish and calamari. The veggie pho and brisket pho were super yummy!

A Vietnamese restaurant in Maui is always a good thing!! I absolutely love how this place has a huge variety of options! Being from the Bay Area - this definitely felt like home and cured a little homesickness I had a few days in during my trip. This place is family owned and the staff seems like they are all family which is lovely! The owner - Lily, is super hardworking! Sometimes she runs the entire restaurant alone and still manages to keep everyone satisfied! I love that! Summer rolls (not pictured) tastes super fresh and the pho here is super yummy! It is never too hot to have a nice bowl of soup! Definitely will stop be again whenever I fly back!

Got food delivered from DoorDash. Pho is not very good. Papaya salad is not authentic and tastes nothing like papaya salad. Wings were ok. Grilled pork plate was not grilled and had a bunch of sauce on it. Definitely not authentic. Great packaging and DoorDash delivery was well. It wasn't terrible but I would get food from here again.

Went here on a Saturday night, around 7. Not too crowded. Prompt service. Waitress/hostess was personable and fun to talk with. We got the ox tail soup and the crunchy noodles with veggies and seafood. Both were delicious, with generous portions. Will definitely be going back!

We ordered the salt and pepper Shrimp and papaya salad and both were super delicious. I have tried many Vietnamese places, and this is definitely the best of all. Chef Ten is so welcoming, gracious and made our visit a memorable one

Sadly this place is no longer my favorite. The place is dirty and when the waitress brought out small plates for us they were full of oil. Very unsanitary. I don’t think I’ll ever eat here again unless they clean it up. The menus and condiments are all very sticky plus pigeons kept coming inside the restaurant by us.

This place is a gem. The food was tasty. We don't have photos of the food because we just dove into it. We had pho, saimin, and a noodle dish with appetizers- summer rolls and won tons. We ate everything. The broth in the pho was great. The service was quick and nice. She was helpful in answering all of the questions. We also bought a jar of the chili crisp to take home. It was soooo good. Best chili crisp ever. We will be back every time we come Maui.

Food was ok but the ambiance is terrible. The tables are dirty. The menus are sticky. I hope they do a deep clean of their surroundings cos it's disgusting to eat there.
