7/18/2023 was our last day in Maui. We were Craving for noodle before heading to airport back to Cali. We found this Restaurant named: Noodle Bar. This restaurant did not disappoint us. The food were delicious and fresh. I had a conversation with a guy and told him that we had 20 minutes and he made sure that our meals were ready. He was friendly, and he asked where we're from. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. I differently recommend it to the tourists who need a break from fried fish and calamari. The veggie pho and brisket pho were super yummy!

The food was outstanding. We have a large family and everyone found something they really enjoyed, from the Pho to the beef stew to the grilled teriyaki shrimp. Has the feel of a dive. The service was adequate, but the food was the real star of the evening.
