Just over all boring

Great food and location. Ambiance not up to Lahaina Grill but food quality and flavor combinations are at least as good. Hard to beat the views of the harbor and beach.

We went to Pacific’o on the Beach last week. We made reservations as we were a party of 7. Our waitress was a sweetheart and the food and drinks were good. When our food was being served, something happened and my husbands meal was sliding off the plate and the waitress grabbed the plate accidentally splashing my husband and myself with hot sauce from the plate. It hit my husband in the face, arms, and on his chest/shirt and got me in the side of the face and my left arm. We were given extra napkins to clean up and the waitress apologized, we told her accidents happen. They remade his dinner, we shared mine then shared his when it came out. Here is the thing we are upset with… at no time did a manager come over to check if we were okay, nobody but the waitress asked. I have also been trying to get ahold of the restaurant for a week to talk about the this. I have left messages with the restaurant as well as HR. I think it’s sad that the manager never came to see if we were okay after having hot food splattered on our faces. I have had a managers at low cost restaurants come by and ask with no issues how we were doing, and Pacific’o failed on that aspect, and that is sad with the amount of money that was spent (700.00+). Y’all need to do better

We were on our honeymoon and spent about $250 on food and drinks. Had quite a bit of leftovers that fell off the counter near the bathroom and flipped upside down. We were told they would get us a little extra food to take home and then changed their mind and said have a nice night. Server was great but this says a lot about the establishment…

Also - $54 for maybe 4.5oz filet. $12 for water.

We enjoyed our honeymoon in Maui. Found this place and unfortunately it was a lowlight. It’s super pricey for “ok” food. We had a mishap when our leftovers from the $250 meal were packaged up in a to-go box that slid off the table. After being told by 2 servers that they’d remake the food so we could take it home to enjoy the leftovers, the manager came up to us and told us there was nothing she could do and we should leave. Happy honeymoon? Aloha? After $12 for a bottle of water it’s completely ridiculous. Will not return.
