Great pho, from the perspective of a white dude with a Vietnamese mother in law.
They’re open at random times. We showed up and they were closed without any sign in the door or anything. Call before you show up.

From Texas with a lot of experience and yes this is the best Vietnamese food on Maui. Flavor are fresh and subtle.

Just come here for the food! We're from San Jose CA, and the food here is on par with all of the really good Vietnamese places in the Bay Area. This is not the place for fusion or Americanized Asian food. Pho broth is tasty and legit and they serve it with a generous portion of fresh basil and bean sprouts. The fried spring rolls are crispy and have an authentic filling. The BBQ chicken thighs and the fish sauce that they serve it with are delicious. We'll be back whenever we need some real Asian food.

Didn't open until noon. Pho was nasty, with too many noodles and a little slice of meat. The name of eggroll there are different, spring roll, they call summer roll..their food is a little of the pricey line. I wasn't able to finish my pho, since it's tasteless, for the price, I won't buy again. First and last.
