Sitting here now 6/20/25 7:45. Writing this review while still eating as I’m having some of the best ramen I’ve ever had and I’ve had A LOT. We really wanted to have a WOW experience after the recommendations and reviews but it fell a little flat for us. The atmosphere is nice, just a little bright. (Would be nicer if the lights were not so bright like a cafeteria.) The front staff was polite. We were seated on time. Our waiter was lackluster… not mean but certainly not friendly. Hubby and I had also dined at the original Star Noodle way up the road back in 2015.
