They didn’t clean our room. The do not disturb door tag was off by 10am and they still decided not to clean our room. We are in the higher end hokupa’a rooms and they still don’t clean the rooms. There is a Hyatt next door, stay there like we should have.
Well done! Highly recommended, We will definitely return. This getaway will be missed.
