Very good smoothies, yogurt was decent and breakfast food is all premade heated via a microwave. Don’t come here for breakfast but everything else is good

Think go here for ice cream but other options were lack luster. Smoothies I think were a mix, not fresh fruit and they don’t have acai bowls like I think they used to

We had mixed experiences at this shop. The ice cream was absolutely DELICIOUS!! Some of the best coconut ice cream I have ever had and the Kona combination flavor was also divine. The coffee was pretty good, but not amazing. But when we had to eat there for lunch during a storm we were very disappointed with the food. I had a chicken caesar salad and the flavor was fine but the chicken was extremely chewy. My husband had a tuna sandwich that he also said was just ok. And then of course, everything is expensive. We also had the ham and cheese croissants for breakfast one day and the croissant was very yummy! So just sort of hit or miss but if you want ice cream, it’s a great stop!

All the flavors are so good! All of them so unique to Hawaii. It you’re a tourist who isn’t staying at the royal Lahaina you can park there for a hot second while you get your ice cream.

I am very late to write my review, but given the situation in Maui and the devastation left by the fires, I wanted to take time to review all the wonderful places we visited in August.Royal Scoop is located inside the Royal Lahaina Resort and they serve the best frozen Kona coffee drink which is so satisfying in the summer heat. The ice cream is delicious as well and they service a decent selection of fast breakfast food items as well. This is a must try when you are in Maui.

Its. Ok.
Coffee and pastries were good. I'm relax and happy because I'm on vacation. Employees were not happy that anyone was there. Forceful smiles and rushing anyone's with questions if they had one. I don't feel like I deserve any special treatment at all. But I like to be greeted and smiled at specially if I'm on vacation.

Ice cream was ok. If you are dairy free I would not recommend. The lady helping us acted like she did not want to be there.

The prices were decent and the ice cream was really good. Large portions.
Delicious ice cream but they don’t have any açai bowls here even though there are pictures of it and it’s mentioned in the menu, they don’t actually serve açai bowl here so don’t be fooled :)
A little inexpensive shop in a big hotel is unusual. Bagels, fruit, light snacks, great croissants, good coffee and ice cream
Vegetarian options: Lots of options.
Kid-friendliness: Lots for kids
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in and out the front entrance
Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian and vegan options
Recommended dishes: Blended Kona Mocha
GREAT spot for morning coffee, blueberry muffin, fruit, whatever your desire. Smoothies are A+ (two dollars cheaper and higher quality than ordering from the bar). We often stop by on the way to the airport to pick up our "in flight" food.
